Private Residential - Listed Building
This site in Handsworth Wood had been vacant for a number of decades and was filled with a number of mature trees forming a woodland setting.
The brief called for a low-cost single storey house set amongst the trees. We developed proposals for a simple modular construction using standard structurally insulated panels (SIPs) to reduce costs.
An entrance courtyard provides separation between the busy road and secluded woodland garden.
