This traditional 1930's semi-detached house was in need of complete refurbishment. As part of the works, we took opportunity to make some cost-effective internal
alterations to make better use of the floor plan.
On the ground floor, we created an open plan kitchen/dining area overlooking the rear garden. A discrete single storey side extension provided additional space for a larger kitchen, shower room, utility area and an area to store bikes/bins to the front of the house.
On the first floor, we moved the bathroom into the 'box' bedroom and rearranged the previous bathroom and landing to create a larger third bedroom.
